Fire Fleet Privacy Policy

Overview

Fire Fleet is built for training and operational planning support. This policy explains what data is stored on-device, what data may be sent if analytics is enabled, and how that data is handled.

Data We Collect

By default, Fire Fleet stores apparatus and workflow data locally on your device using local storage technologies (including IndexedDB/local storage).

If you enable Analytics in Settings, Fire Fleet sends anonymous usage counts such as apparatus created, lines added, and training sessions started.

Data We Do Not Collect

By default, Fire Fleet does not collect photos, apparatus details, organization details, personal information, names, emails, organization identifiers, precise location data, or any account profile data.

How We Use Data

Local data is used to provide app functionality on your device. Optional analytics counts are used to understand feature usage trends and improve reliability and workflow quality.

Optional Analytics (Supabase)

Analytics is optional and off unless enabled by the user. If enabled, anonymous count-based events are sent to Supabase for storage and aggregation.

Disabling Analytics in Settings stops sending new analytics events. Analytics status does not affect app functionality.

Sharing

Fire Fleet does not sell your data. We do not share local operational data. If analytics is enabled, event counts are processed by our analytics service provider (Supabase) for aggregation and storage.

Data Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it. Optional analytics data is retained as aggregated operational metrics.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect optional analytics data in transit and at rest. No system is guaranteed to be fully secure.

Children's Privacy

Fire Fleet is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when product behavior changes. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date.
